Multistate CGHS

A multi state cooperative society is fundamentally a society registered or considered to be registered under the “Multi-State Co-operative Societies Act, 2002”. The multi state cooperative societies bill was passed by both the houses of parliament and received the approval from the president on 3rd July 2002 and came into force. Basically, this act aims to works for its members who are nothing but the owners and the customers of the society. Multi state cooperative society is an act to strengthen and amend the law which is related to the cooperative societies, with the objects not restricted to just one state but to promote and serve the interests of the members in more than one state for democratic functioning of cooperatives through self improvement and mutual aid with an objective to promote the social and economics enhancement of its members.
